We went in and talked to Pearl who explained the different types of recliners and gave us details of the manufacturer.
I advised Pearl that we were not ready to buy at that particular time as we were waiting on our home to be built.
When we went back a few months later, Pearl did recognise me and asked if we had made a decision.
I found Pearl very easy to talk to, friendly and professional.
Generally, I look up reviews before I buy anything but this time I forgot to do that and seeing some of the previous reviews were quite alarming!
I love our Garstone recliners and I would have no hesitation in recommending Grand Design.
